Subject: Update to Courier Charges

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to advise you that, due to increases in courier costs, we will be making a small adjustment to our delivery charges effective from Monday 2nd November 2026 with an increase of 0.50 pence.

We have absorbed these additional costs wherever possible, but unfortunately, an adjustment is now necessary to help us maintain our usual standards of service.
